Midwest Fashion & New York Fashion Show Producer Collab!

Midwest Fashion Week (Indianapolis) and producers of Emerge! Fashion Show (New York) have come together to award the top student designer in this years Midwest Fashion Week Student Designer Event!

The Spring 2012 season will include the highly anticipated annual event The New School of Fashion: A Student Fashion Show. This event encourages high school, college, and graduate students to submit their designs for inclusion in the show. The event will take place at the Madame Walker Theatre on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 from 6:00pm - 9:30pm with ticket prices ranging from $15 GA to $75 for VIP. This event will also feature Dionne Williams, creator and producer of Emerge! Fashion Runway Show and President of D. Williams Public Relations Group in Chicago. Dionne has worked with a number of major names in fashion including Andre Leon Talley of Vogue Magazine, Diane Von Furstenberg, Constance White of ESSENCE Magazine, and Tracy Reese. Dionne will be presenting an award to the student with the best designs, live on the runway during The New School of Fashion Event.
