Notable or Not: Toya Wright's Birthday Weekend Looks!

Via Toya Wright's twitter page @ToyaWright she uploaded many photos from her weekend birthday celebration. Her birthday weekend consisted of flying out to Miami, FL, then ended with a touchdown in New Orleans for a scheduled appearance. Her hair was FAB, makeup BOMB and her outfits were so cute during this trip!!

Through out her birthday weekend, Toya touched on a few trends that I would like to recap and give you options for below:

Gucci-esque gold chain print: This print has been seen on apparel from Forever 21 to Bergdorf's and is very classy. Click here for an option.



The Galaxy/Galactic print: This trend has been major from pre-fall and into the fall season and here is an option for you.





Neon yellow: This started out really big in pre-fall. A while ago red was established as the go to pop of color to pair with animal print. Now neon yellow is making its mark as the go to pop of color to pair with tans/browns, gold, white, or otherwise neutral colors. Here is a neon yellow option for you.

High-Low Top:  This trend top has been around for at least two seasons as a wonderful ready to wear piece, and it will not be going anywhere any time soon. Click here for an option.



Gold bar booties: Booties and shoes have been coming out strong lately. From transparent wedge heels, to wedge sneakers, to 6" platform and heel combinations, but the right angle gold bar booties are one thing, I have not seen done often, but is definitely worth duplicating. Here is an option.



I would say that Toya Wright made a strong statement about her fashion sense, style and character this weekend by the things that she wore and wears regularly, for that matter. She seems very approachable, professional and poised. Everything from Day 1 through to the end went together nicely and effortlessly.
