Sip and Shop on Sat Nov 7th!

Join some of Indianapolis' finest for a fashion friendly event that is always full of fun, cute finds and food and beverage that will heat up any party. 28 Boutique presents the Fall season Sip and Shop that will include at least 6 different vendors that all have something to bring to the table.
